of the Milan Conservatory are the protagonists of more than 200 events each year.<\/p>\n<p>Students of composition (classical, jazz and pop-rock) are the only ones in Italy to have the opportunity to hear their pieces performed by orchestras and ensembles. Performed by professional ensembles are the works written for the various examinations, by the Orchestra Sinfonica laVerdi of Milan the pieces for large orchestra composed for the 2nd level academic diploma in classical composition, by bands and ensembles the diploma pieces of jazz and pop-rock composers.<\/p>\n<p>Verdi is also available to conducting students for part of their lessons, while students on the choir conducting course work with a professional choir for a number of rehearsals.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper. policy takes the form of the creation of a learning environment marked by continuous improvement and is shared by all the Conservatoire's staff: the teachers and the administrative structures more or less directly involved in the teaching process. In particular, the Conservatoire is committed to consolidating and increasing the services offered to students both in terms of course quality and opportunities for professional success. And to achieve this goal it intends to increase the level of student involvement and collaboration in projects and initiatives of local institutions<\/p>\n<p>It is the Conservatoire's objective to make the level of quality designed, the level of quality actually delivered and the level of quality perceived by the student as homogeneous as possible.<\/p>\n<p>For the achievement of the objectives set, the Conservatoire considers the involvement of all functions and collaborators indispensable. The implementation of the programme will be constantly supported and encouraged by the top management of the institution.<\/p>\n<p>Improvement objectives are periodically reviewed and updated with corrective actions dictated by experience. In particular, the organisation sets annual Quality objectives, the achievement of which is monitored during periodic management reviews. Adequate importance will be given to the design of preventive actions, which, as such, will make it possible to avoid the occurrence of non-conformities and\/or complaints, which would fatally diminish student satisfaction or reduce their perception of the Quality provided by the Conservatoire.<\/p>\n<p>The organisation is confident that it can count on the personal participation of all its employees to implement the quality policy, which is communicated to all levels of the organisation by the Director.<\/p>\n<p>March
