teaching secretary's office, complete with all attachments,\u00a0<strong>no later than 15 September,<\/strong>\u00a0via the following <a href=\"https:\/\/form.jotform.com\/241302168901347\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">form<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The following documents must be attached to the form:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>if the request is motivated by reasons of <strong>work<\/strong>for employees attach employment contract; for self-employed persons certificate of VAT registration.<\/li>\n<li>if the request is motivated by reasons of <strong>care and assistance of family members<\/strong>Attach the disability certificate issued by the ASL referring to the dependent family member to be assisted.<\/li>\n<li>if the request is motivated by <strong>personal health or disability problems<\/strong>Attach the certificate issued by the ASL proving the illness that does not allow regular progression in the academic career;<\/li>\n<li>if the request is motivated by reasons of <strong>care of children up to five years of age<\/strong>Please state your child's first name, surname and date of birth.<\/li>\n<li>if the request is motivated by <strong>pregnancies<\/strong>Please enclose a certificate from a specialist doctor stating the month of gestation or the diagnosis of pregnancy at risk.<\/li>\n<li>if the request is motivated by the \u201c<strong>dual frequency<\/strong>\u201d(ex Ministerial Decree no. 933 of 2 August 2022): please enclose self-certification attesting to the two enrolments and an indication of the course for which you are requesting \u201cpart-time\u201d status (this request may in fact be made with reference to only one of the two courses for which you are enrolled).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The general criteria for access to \u201cpart-time\u201d follow:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. General Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>By 15 September the student may\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/form.jotform.com\/241302168901347\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">submit the application<\/a>\u00a0to obtain the status of \u201cpart-time student\u201d in teaching activities for the academic year in question.<\/p>\n<p>The part-time student undertakes to acquire no less than 12 and no more than 42 academic credits for each year by the third examination session of each year, in twice the normal duration of the course of study. At the same time, the student obtains extended student status and partial exemption from paying academic fees for the academic years concerned.<\/p>\n<p>Any student enrolled or enrolled in the normal years of the first or second level diploma course who, for work, family or personal reasons, considers that he\/she is not in a position to advance in his\/her academic career within the normal timeframe laid down in the Conservatoire's didactic regulations, may request the status of \u201cpart-time student\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The status of \u201cpart-time student\u201d allows the acquisition of the credits of an academic year in two years; however, the attendance of the subjects chosen and divided between the partial years must be completed within the same year, with the exception of the attendance of the discipline that gives the course its name and that can be taken at 50% in one year and 50% in the following year (e.g. in the case of the three-year course of vl. or pf., performance practice and repertoire, 32 h : 2 = 16 h).<\/p>\n<p>The academic credits acquired upon passing the relevant profit examinations will be fully counted in the year provided for in one's study plan.<\/p>\n<p>The part-time student<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>must pay the regional tax for the right to university study in full each year;<\/li>\n<li>must pay, for each year in which it qualifies, the reduced academic contribution as indicated in the section \u201cFees and academic contributions\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>enjoys the same exemptions as for full-time students.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Repeatability of the application and limitations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The status of \u201cpart-time student\u201d is valid for the academic year in which it is requested and the following additional academic year.<br \/>\nThe status of \u201cpart-time student\u201d can also be obtained in further academic years by reapplying for it, extending the duration of studies up to twice the normal duration for first- and second-level courses.<\/p>\n<p>The application for the status of part-time student may not be submitted for the academic year in which the student intends to use services such as international mobility (through the Erasmus programme or otherwise) or part-time collaboration.<\/p>\n<p>A student who submits an application to sit the final examination before the end of the cycle of normal years of the course increased by the year(s) in which he or she qualified as a part-time student shall, prior to the final examination, be required to reimburse the academic contribution fees for which he or she had enjoyed exemption.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Loss of qualification as a part-time student<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A student who acquires fewer than 12 or more than 42 academic credits during the academic years in which he\/she takes on the status of \u201cpart-time student\u201d loses this status and is required to pay the academic fees for which he\/she had enjoyed facilities, plus penalties and interest for late payment.<\/p>\n<p>A student who requests temporary suspension of studies or applies for withdrawal loses the status of a part-time student and is required to pay the portion of the academic fees for which he or she had enjoyed exemption.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Renouncing the status of part-time student<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A request to waive the status of \u201cpart-time student\u201d may be submitted within the first year of the year in question by sending an e-mail to<br \/>\n<a href=\"mailto:iscrizioni.tasse@consmi.it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">iscrizioni.tasse@consmi.it<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"card-title text-secondary font-600 font-30 mb-15\">Part-time request form<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/form.jotform.com\/241302168901347\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Go to module<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/section>\n<section class='av_tab_section av_tab_section av-39ud87-c0e380f82192bac6bb1c1bb3a4fad750'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div id='tab-id-3-tab' class='tab' role='tab' aria-selected=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\" data-fake-id='#tab-id-3' aria-controls='tab-id-3-content'  itemprop=\"headline\" >Dual frequency<\/div><div id='tab-id-3-content' class='tab_content' role='tabpanel' aria-labelledby='tab-id-3-tab' aria-hidden=\"true\"><div class='tab_inner_content invers-color'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>As a result of Law no. 33 of 12 April 2022 and Ministerial Decree no. 933 of 2 August 2022, from the academic year 2022\/2023, so-called \u201cdual enrolment\u201d is permitted.<\/p>\n<p>Ministerial Decree No. 933 of 2 August 2022 states that students may enrol at the same time:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a\u00a0<strong>two academic diploma courses<\/strong>\u00a0bachelor's or master's degree if at least two-thirds of the educational activities differ;<\/li>\n<li>a\u00a0<strong>an academic diploma course and a postgraduate or master's course, PhD or specialisation course<\/strong>, or a doctorate or master's degree course and a specialisation course;<\/li>\n<li>a\u00a0<strong>a university course of study and a course of study at AFAM institutions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In particular, then, Article 4 of Ministerial Decree No. 933 of 2 August 2022 provides that: \u201c<strong><em>In the case of overlapping training activities in two different AFAM study courses, recognition is automatically granted to students, even in derogation of any quantitative limits laid down in the teaching regulations<\/em><\/strong><em>. In the case of partial recognition of the educational activities carried out in a course of study, the competent teaching structure of the other course of study may promote the organisation and facilitate the student's use of supplementary educational activities in order to fully recognise the educational activity.
