Comfort-score project

The initiative was created with the aim of offering students with specific needs, such as visual difficulties or the need for personalised accessibility, qualified technical support in the creation of musical scores. In particular, the project involves collaboration between teaching staff, learning tutors and technical personnel for the design and production of scores that respect criteria of clarity, legibility and the reduction of visual clutter, so as to facilitate study and musical performance. Innovative graphic and methodological solutions are adopted, tailored to the individual needs of the students, in order to promote inclusion and guarantee equal learning opportunities within the Conservatoire. The initiative forms part of lifelong learning and professional development activities, underlining the institution's commitment to the continuous improvement of teaching and accessibility.

DSA Network

The Milan Conservatory stands out nationally for having been among the first to adopt a strategy aimed at the inclusion of people with disabilities. The initiatives supporting this policy were launched well before the entry into force of Law 170/2010.

The measures adopted have concerned pedagogical, organisational, and technical aspects.
