List of up-to-date and used INFORMATION, which can also be consulted at the Conservatoire's Administrative Offices or by contacting the Conservatoire President's Office.

This is a procedure mandatory under European legislation for all organisations: it is the DATA BREACH PROCEDURE, meaning the procedure that must be implemented should you detect a data breach, such as a sudden and uncontrolled leak or the theft of data.

In such cases, the regulations stipulate that within 72 hours of the detection of the breach, an assessment of any potential harm to the data subjects whose data has been breached must be carried out, and in the event of high risk, a notification must be made to the Supervisory Authority.

The procedure is standard and involves mandatory steps established precisely by the regulations.

The room for manoeuvre lies precisely in assessing, on a case-by-case basis, the impact that the violation may have and consequently the actions to be taken.

The Conservatoire has appointed a DPO (Data Protection Officer) and a dedicated email address has been set up: dpo@consmilano.it
