The Institute for Music Research (Iremus) is responsible for nurturing, organising and supporting artistic-musical research, which, alongside teaching and production, constitutes a specific mission of the Conservatory.
The members of Iremus, coordinated by the Director's Delegate, are entrusted with the task of devising projects; identifying internal resources capable of developing them; establishing, where necessary, partnership relations with other institutions to boost interdisciplinary research prospects; creating the conditions for these projects to produce fruitful results in terms of innovation and experimentation with new languages.
