La Teaching Secretariat and the’Enrolment and Fees Office are available, by appointment, to assist students with the various procedures, from enrolment in the course of study to collection of the Diploma. The Teaching Secretariat consists of the Student Secretariat, the Enrolment and Fees Office and the Diploma Office.
The Student Secretariat is located on the mezzanine floor, accessible via the honour staircase, and receives, subject to reservation via this link, on the following days and times:
- Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- CLOSED EVERY FIRST SATURDAY OF THE MONTH

Diploma Office
The Diploma Office is located on the mezzanine floor, accessible via the staircase of honour, and receives, by reservation at Diploma office appointment on the following days and times:
- Monday - Wednesday - Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
- Tuesday - Thursday: 14:00 to 15:00 hours
