Call for Auditions for the Verdi Jazz Orchestra, academic year 2026/2027

Audition Call for Instrumentalists and Singers – Verdi Jazz Orchestra of the Conservatory of Milan

 

Selections are being held for the establishment of the staffing for the Verdi Jazz Orchestra from the “G. Verdi” Conservatory of Music in Milan for the academic year 2026/2027.

All students regularly enrolled at the Conservatory of Milan for the academic year 2026/2027, on any course of study, may participate in this call for applications.

The instruments for which auditions are announced are as follows:

 

electric bass;

Drums and percussion;

guitar;

flute;

clarinet;

bass clarinet;

double bass;

Piano;

keyboard;

Saxophones;

trumpet;

Trombone;

bass trombone;

violin;

purple;

cello;

French horn;

tuba;

accordion;

male voice;

Female voice;

 

The auditions will take place in Sala Verdi on the days of 24 and 25 September 2026, from 09.00.

An application form must be completed for each candidate.

In the event the candidate intends to apply for more than one instrument, they will need to submit a separate application for each.
